2017-05-24 Recovery Day 79

Today was a very good news day. Having solved the shoulder pain, it showed pain in Surgery Incision area. You may asked why is that good news, the answer is that we found out it is muscular, a very knotted muscle that can be treated with cold gel packs. Below is my pain log I started today to help with identifying what causes the pain and how is it reduced.

Dr. Chi checked my Surgery Incision and found that I have a very tied muscle around one of the surgery points. To verify this we are using an icing machine. It is a machine that pumps very cold water through a mat that, in my case, covers the Surgery Incision. After a few hours we should know if it is tied muscle or not.
NOTE: General consensus is that Surgery Incision pain is from a stressed muscle that needs rest and cold press.
