It looks like I got myself into a morning schedule, getting up around 7:00 and having breakfast by 8:00. Around 9:00-9:15 I will go for my first walk 30 minute of the day. Lunch is at noon (12:00) followed by my second walk. My last walk is around 4:00 PM with dinner around 5:30 to 6:00 PM. I retire to bed around 7:30 to 8:00 PM and watch TV until 9:00 when I start my sleep.
The time slots 8:00-9:00 AM, 10:00-noon, 1:00-4:00, 4:30-5:30 and 6:00-7:30 are for many things, such as reading and responding to emails, texting, video calls (using Skype or FaceTime). If not communicating I work on my blog posting or do some light house work.
Today, I skipped my morning walk since I was waiting for a repair person to arrive between 8:00 and noon. He did arrive at 10:30 and left by 12:00. After having eaten my lunch I went for my 30 minute walk. Shortly after returning from my walk I received a FaceTime call from my uncle Don in Canada. We spoke for a bit over an hour. At 4:00 Dianne joint me for my evening walk. I had some problem walking this time. Both of my feet had swollen angles which started to hurt. After getting back home, I retired to my recliner so that I could put icepacks on my ankles. After dinner I checked my angles, the swellings have gone down. Tomorrow I will have to watch my ankles a bit closely to see what the cause my be.
In summary, except for the spine surgery pain, today was another very good day, no stomach issues and no bone pain. Yes, there is the problem with my swollen ankles, we will have to watch them to figure out the cause of them.
