Today was another good day:
- on the good side:
- no stomach issues,
- no bone pain,
- little ankle and leg swellings, and
- lower back pain for most of the day
- on the bad side:
- back pain level at a level of 9
- left foot pain at level 7
The night was not good, I got little sleep until about 5:00 AM. From that point on I finally slept to about 8:00 AM at which time I got up. After breakfast and before my walk I had FaceTime sessions with Ray Walker. After my FT calls it was time for my long morning walk. Today I walked alone since both of my neighbors were busy with other stuff. On my return I needed to rest for awhile to reduce the Back Pain to an acceptable level before getting lunch ready. However, I did get a FaceTime call from Don. One topic he wanted to talk about with me was the leg swellings. He suspects the Norvase (Amlodipine) dosage, in his view, as a retired Pharmacist, anything over 5mg is to much. We will know soon what the right dosage is since we have an appointment with my cardiologist.
After lunch I wend upstairs into my office and started to clean up. At 2:30 I wend downstairs to go outside for my afternoon walk. For the first time I broke the 4 miles barrier for my daily walking. Returning back home I went again upstairs to my office continuing with my clean up. I start seeing a tiny light at the end of the tunnel. I stopped with my clean up at around 4:30. For the rest of the evening I did as little as possible in order not to aggravate anything.
In summary today was a good day. I was able to do some clean up in my office. In addition instead of dozing off in the afternoon, I was able to stay awake and clean my office. All in all it was a good day.
