Today was a good day:
- on the good side:
- no bone pain, and
- back pain level at 6 (mostly discomfort)
- very little swelling of feet and legs, and
- positive checkup at my Cardiologist
- on the bad side:
- some lightheadedness, and
- some stomach cramps and pain
The night was so-so, stomach cramps in the morning. I got up at 7:00, had a light breakfast, andI rested until it was time to go with my neighbors for out morning walk. After my walk I “supervised” my neighbor Dean with moving all our backyard’s cement border stones to his backyard across the road. We are replacing the cement border stones with a concrete curb this week. Around lunch my stomach had settled down, enough to have a good lunch. After lunch I water the flowers in our backyard before I rested for awhile before getting ready for Dianne to pick me up to see my Cardiologist.
My checkup turned out very positive, including the EKG. As to the Norvase (Amlodipine) dosage, he reviewed my vitals (Weight and Blood Pressure data I recorded each day) and agreed that 5mg was all that was needed. We already are seeing the results in the reduction of the dosage over the last two days as the swellings have started to go way down.
In summary today was a good day. I had a good checkup at my Cardiologist and was able to get rid of our cement border stones, which could have cost us some money if we had to use a commercial contractor.
