2017-11-01 Recovery Day 240

Today was a good day:

  • on the good side:
    • no bone pain
    • very little swelling of feet and legs, and
    • very little stomach cramps and pain
  • on the bad side:
    • some back and neck pain level up to 7

The night was good, I got up at 6:30 and had a light breakfast. I checked things out that were needed for the workman today. I also got ready for my visit at Big Break for the Delta News and Coffee Talk. At 8:05 Ed came to pick me up. The topic that we addressed was Fish Kill at Marsh Creek.

After returning home, I checked with the workman, everything was going as per schedule. I decided to check with Gary, my neighbor, if he wanted to walk with me, since we did not work earlier today. He did wanted to join me, so we went on our walk. After returning home, I had a FaceTime call with Ray. He reminded me that today some UEFA Champions League games were being telecasted. This was great news as I now watch some games this afternoon.

Regarding my back pain, I had started to take Breakthrough medication again for the back pain yesterday. I am still taken them since it does lower the pain level. For now I will with taken them until the pain is below level 5, at which time I can reduce the dosage.

In summary today was a good day. That’s it for today.
