2018-06-07 Recovery Day 458

Today was the first day after yesterday’s all-day treatment day. Sometimes this day maybe full of surprises with early side effects. The day started of fine with no issues, no signs of dizziness or nausea in the morning. After breakfast and morning medication I watered the flowers in our backyard. Afterwards I went with Dean to the DOW’s Wetland Preserve. Activity wise it was a very busy day without any pain increase or any new side effects.

Today we walked for the first time the westerly trail, which is at the border of the preserve. We walked to the end which took about 30 minutes. After that we dropped off recyclable, shopped for groceries at WinCo and CostCo, where we had lunch. Next stop was Harbor Freight Tools and Try-Delta Transit. Next and final stop was home.

We unloaded the groceries. My next activity was to collect the garbage throughout the house and take the garbage can to the curb for tomorrow mornings collection. I finally had some time to rest, which meant to move today’s photos to the laptop and from there to Flickr. Dianne arrived just then it was time to get ready to pick up our dinner at Antioch Thursday’s Food Truck gathering.

There is not much more to write about, dinner was good and afterwards we watched some movies.

That it for today, in summary, today was overall a very good day.
