2018-06-24 Recovery Day 475

Today forecast showed a drop in temperature to about 95F (35C) which was welcome news. However, we did play it safe by going for our morning walk right after breakfast. Heath-wise, no issues getting up and for most of the day, not counting the normal ache and pain part of the regular activities. Overall it was a good day with minimum pain issues.

After breakfast Dianne and I went for our morning walk beating the forecasted heat. Returning home we did some cleaning up and getting ready to see the first show of Ocean 8 in Brentwood. It turned out that I slept for most part of the movie, guess I was tired and the coolness of the theater helped.

After the movie Dianne, Denise and I went for lunch at Rubio’s. I enjoyed a Wild Mahi Mahi Taco. Next stop was shopping at T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods before finally returning home. After unloading and doing some cleanup I spend the rest of the afternoon getting this blog entry started and to work on the never ending job to organize my files, such as the photos I take each day.

Dinner came around quickly which we used to watch the movie Pacific Rim. and some TV.

That it for today, in summary, today turned out better then first envision this morning, the day was overall a very good day after all.

Picture of the Day

Note about the photo, there is a driveway hidden, bottom left, by the trees, we did not walk on it, but it does lead to a custom house that is not visible from the street.
