2018-07-17 Recovery Day 498

Today was a great day. I had a really good sleep thanks to no diarrhea and no constipation. I had my regular breakfast to start my day and getting ready for taking my morning medication. Since the forecast for today was still high temperatures close to 100F with humidity high above normal, my morning walk with Dean was again moved to between 8:00 and 8:30. Bottomline for today, I felt health wise way above how I have felt the last 5 days.

Our morning walk was as expected, hot and humid and our photo subject was about neglected walk way (TRAILS). Getting back from our walk I spend time to upload the pictures and checking on Amazon’s Prime Day specials. As to the specials, there were not any of interest to me, except for one, trading in my Android tablet for a Fire 10.

Time seemed to be flying today, before I knew it lunch time had approached. After lunch I had to get ready for Dean to pick me up at 12:30 to drop me of for my support group meeting. The meeting was an interesting one as a member brought up The Metabolic Approach to Cancer: Integrating Deep Nutrition, the Ketogenic Diet, and Nontoxic Bio-Individualized Therapies. Personally I am not sold on much of it, however I am open to learning more about, so I ordered the book.

After the meeting I had my blood drown for tomorrows treatment, before Dianne took me home. We had some time before dinner, so I used that time to open my welcome to the group present I got delayed from Kaleidoscope. I included a very nice glass ring bird feeder. Dianne took some photos of me open the present that I was asked to take and send to Sandy.

After dinner we watched a movie before it was time to call it a day.

That is it for today, in summary, it was a busy but great day.
