2018-07-19 Recovery Day 500

Today was another great day. The morning is a repeat of yesterday, after good sleep I got up had my breakfast. Pain wise I only had the discomfort of my spine/Back surgery, which was at a lower level and for most of the day stayed there. Being the first day after treatment it is always a good day with no side effect problems. We will know more tomorrow.

Today Dean and I agreed to walk in Contra Loma Regional Park along the West Shore Trail. You can view the complete set of pictures I took using this LINK.

Getting back home I rested a bit before Dianne pick me up for a lunch meeting with The Neptune Society of Northern California at the Black Angus restaurant in Brentwood. It was a very interesting meeting learning a lot about the various option and there cost, not just about cremation.

The rest of the afternoon was spend with house chores. I set myself up outside, but soon found out that the outside temperature was so hot it forced my MacBook to reduce computing speed in order not to over heat. It also suggested to shut down my web browser when not used.

After dinner we watched some TV before it was time to call it a day.

That is it for today, in summary, it was another busy but great day.
