Healthwise another good day. No hip pains during my walk, nor any needle and pins pains on my right body side. I started yesterday taking Pomalyst, the chemo pill, again. No side effects today, which is as expected based on the past of taking Pomalyst. If any side effects, they will show up over the weekend. Because of diarrhea, the dosage was reduced from 4mg to 3mg. We will know soon if the adjustment will limit the side effects or not.
Activity wise I had a very good day. I started by doing some laundry before starting my walk with Dean. Today’s PICTURES were all again about Leading Lines. All photos were taken along our Walking Trail parallel to Country Hill Drive and Montana Drive. I used a number of different subjects using the lines principle. Our walk took almost two hours because of walking slow enjoying the cooler temperature and selecting the subjects for applying the lines principle.
After returning home from our walk, I started getting my photo stuff together to spend some time at Dean’s backyard. Dean prepared some lunch for us, as I uploaded our morning pictures. I also worked on my camera replacing the standard camera strap with the Job Pro Sling Strap I used with my Sony camera. This professional camera strap’s quick-draw speed clinch system allows me to always have my camera right at hand, but never in harm’s way which helps me with my walking.
By the time I got with all the photo walk done it was time go home to see what help Dianne may need. Dianne needed some stuff from Costco, so Dean took me there. Getting back home I helped with putting away the laundry. Dinner time was approaching fast. As has become standard, afterward we watched a movie and a TV Show before calling it a day.
That is it for today, in summary, the day was overall another good day.
