Today was a good day with no side effects or pains (the exception being the surgery related shoulder pain). Since I was very active in the morning, I was surprised to learn that I was able to control my pain effectively. I did, however, require lots of rest in the afternoon.
This morning I participated in the East Bay Big Break Regional Shoreline Docent VC Training from 8:00 to noon. I controlled my shoulder pain by using the following 60-minute cycle, sitting for a maximum of 45 minutes and moving for 15 minutes, or when not sitting (walking or standing) by reversing the order, 45 minutes standing/moving (up) and 15 minutes sitting (down). It worked!
Getting back home, I had lunch before resting for an hour. After that, I cleaned up the stuff I had taken with me, such as my photo equipment, which I was not able to use. I took today’s PICTURES at home after the cleanup. The topic was about colors/color contrast and their impact on the images. Developing an eye for color takes time, but it is something that’s worth pursuing.
The rest of the afternoon was spent resting watching some TV and writing this posting before dinner. After dinner, we watch some TV together before calling a day.
That is it for today, in summary, the trend of good days continues.
