2018-08-20 Recovery Day 532

Today was a better day. The dizziness and stomach queasiness were back at the start of my day, however, the level was very low. For details read 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. On the positive side, by the time breakfast came around, both dizziness and queasiness were gone. For the rest of the day, the only health issue was the bone pain in both of my hips. In summary, a better day.

Activity wise, it was a busy day, starting with watering the flowers, having a Skype call with Jurgen and getting ready for our walk with Dean, all of that before 8:30 (17:30 CEST). Today’s walk was again along the Delta de Anza Regional Trail. Since the trail is very long, we split it into sections. Today we started at Laurel Rd./Empire Ave. and walked to the Brown Rd. entrance before turning around. Today’s PICTURES were taken along the Contra Costa Canal.

Before driving back home, Dean did a bit at shopping at the Big Lots! And the 99 cent store. Getting back home it was lunch time. After lunch I finished Dean’s grand–daughter’s Laptop and got ready for my appointment with my Oncology doctor. Everything is back in order with me starting up my full home treatment, which includes my chemo pill (Pomalyst) at the original doze.

Being back home, I did some clean up before dinner, which included to upload the pictures and write this posting. Afterward dinner we continued to watch a movie before calling it a day.
