Today was another good day that again started with no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain after getting up. However, my shoulder pain, was at a higher pain level than normally. Also, I still feel the pain on my right side in the area where I fell. Just before lunchtime my shoulder pain and that from the fall on my right side had increased to a level that I was thinking of not attending today’s support group meeting. However, after lunch, both pains had dropped back to a low level that allowed me to attend the meeting.
As to today’s activities, it started with my morning walk with Dean through Eaglesridge Park located at the corner of Eaglesridge Drive and Greystone Drive in Antioch, California. I took for the Project 365 enough PICTURES during our walk. I had expected a larger park based on the Google Map’s information. As it turned out the map was not too accurate.
Returning home, Dean and I did some gardening trimming our Bamboo bushes for Dianne. Since today was my support group meeting there was not enough time for Dean and I having too many activities. We, therefore, limited our activities for a shopping trip to Lowe’s getting a doorstop and adjustable clip rail.
Back home I quickly mounted the new doorstop and got my lunch ready. I had to hurry to be ready for Dean to drop me off at the cancer center for the support group meeting. After the meeting, Dianne and I went to Safeway to pick up some Feta cheese for tonight’s dinner.
Getting home, I rested and started writing this posting. Afterward dinner we continued to watch a movie before calling it a day.
