Today was another excellent day, like yesterday, no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain all day long. There the back pain was gone today, all that was there was the discomfort of the shoulder, which feels like a low-level pain for a lack of a better word. It was the day out of 554 that I was able to enjoy the lack of pain. Tomorrow is my monthly all-day treatment day, let’s see how things will be after that.
Activity-wise the day started with my daily walk with Dean for about an hour. I use the walk to take pictures of things in the neighborhood that fit certain topics. Today’s PICTURES were of properties that need some loving care since most are neglected front yard that lower the curb appeal.
After our walk, we went to Walmart to check on a BBQ assembly since the instructions are not clear enough to Dean. Sadly, there was no floor model available for his BBQ version. Our next stop was Lowe’s where we got some screws and painting accessories.
Getting back home, Dean and I went over the assembly instructions and after a while, I noticed that Dean had reversed one of the rods. Correcting the issue helped with assembling the rest of the BBQ.
I went home to have a quick lunch before Dean took me to the local Cancer Center for my afternoon support group meeting. Nothing happened at the meeting out of the ordinary worth reporting. After the meeting, Dianne took me home. We spend some time relaxing until it was dinner time. After dinner, we continued resting by watching TV shows before calling it a day.
