Today was another excellent day, again, no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain all day long. The back pain was also gone today, all that was there was the discomfort of the shoulder, which today was a bit above normal due to some extra activity walking up and down stairs for most of the day. It was the third day in a row that I no pain. Today was the first day after my all-day treatment.
Activity-wise the day started a bit earlier since Dean had an appointment. We started our walk at 8:00 and got back around 9:00 for Dean to go to his appointment.
My main activity today was to take PICTURES every 30 minutes in our backyard of a single scene using bracketing of 0/-1/+1. I started at 7:30 and continued at (7:45 an extra one) and 8:00. Because of my walk, I skipped 8:30 and continued at 9:00 from there on every 30 minutes until 7:30. The camera was mounted on a tripod to ensure that I take the same photo of the subject in question. I pointed the camera at our fountain surrounded by two yucca shrubs.
In between taking the pictures, I spend time in my upstairs office working on documenting earlier photo sessions from the Zen Camara Book in preparation for articles on my Photography Blog over the next few days. After Dianne came home I went downstairs keeping her company in the backyard and help with little tasks.
Dianne and Denise prepared dinner and we started to watch the last two episodes of DCI Banks and regular TV until calling it a day.
