Today was a better day! Health-wise things started off very bad but got better during the day. The night was bad very bad as I had almost no sleep. My spasms in my left leg just got worth after going to bed. Even taken the medication, included Dilaudid, did nothing, nor did listen to music help falling asleep. Interesting enough, somewhere around 2:00 or 3:00 the spasms changed from the left leg to the right leg. I believe sometime around 4:00 I did get some sleep. I got up at 6:30, like every weekday. All I had was some shoulder pain, which stayed that way all day.
Today was yet another bad day! Health-wise things were not that good. The morning started with shoulder pain. The problem got worth during my morning walk my hip pain started up, slowly increasing in level. By the time I got back home, it was time to rest hoping for the pain would stop. However, instead of the pain going away, I now started to get short burst of spasms up on my left leg. They got so frequent that I decided to a Dilaudid to stop the pain and therefore also the muscle spasms. It helped enough for most of the afternoon.
Today was another bad day! Health-wise things were not that good. The morning did start off OK, no real pain zones. The problem started during my morning walk as my lower and shoulder pain started up, slowly increasing in level. By the time I got back home, it was time to rest hoping for the pain would stop. As it turned out I rested for most of the day as my energy level was very low and the discomfort from the pain, including the added hip pain, just. Later during in the afternoon walking with Dianne, my arthritis pain kicked in, more than before.
Today was a good day! Health-wise everything was OK starting the day. Thanks to Dianne, I had a great breakfast to start the day, making me forget a little bit of lower and shoulder pain. However, later during my morning walk with Dianne, my Arthritis Pain kicked in, more than before. Maybe it is time to take some Tylenol Arthritis Pain beforehand. As the day progressed my energy got better, and my pain levels returned slowly to normal. Overall the day was better than yesterday.
Today was a better day! Health-wise it again did not start off very well, but as the day progressed things got better. I had a bad night thanks to the activity next door that lasted from midnight to 4:00 in the morning. Thanks to Dianne, I had a great breakfast to start the day, making me forget the lower and shoulder pain. As the day progressed my energy got better, and my pain levels returned slowly to normal. Overall the day was better than yesterday.
Today was a so-so day! Health-wise it started off very well, but by late afternoon it got bad, some of it my own fault. Starting my morning walk, no pain around my ankle or hip, which was true for the whole day! However, my shoulder pain/soreness and lower-back got the worst of me because of spending three hours sitting in front of my computer. I overdid it.
Today was a good day! Health-wise it was a better than yesterday! Starting my morning walk, no pain around my ankle or hip was true for the whole day! Even my shoulder pain/soreness was way down for today. Not sure what is going on, however, I will take it any day to stay this way.
Today was a better day! Health-wise it was a repeat of yesterday, minus the morning dizziness. Starting my morning walk, the pain started again around my ankle, however, the level was not as high as yesterday. I continued my walk and the pain level decreased as long as I walked. However, at the end of my walk, my hips pain had increased. During the day both, ankle and hip pain showed up when I walked for a few minutes. In the afternoon I went to the local hospital for X-rays of my left ankle, as ordered by my doctor. Moving forward, Step 1, X-Rays (which I just did), if nothing is there we go to step 2, a PET/CT.
Today was a so-so day! Never count your good days too soon. Health-wise it was not as good as the past few days. The morning started off with some dizziness which disappears after a light breakfast of toast and tea. Starting my morning walk, the pain around my ankle increase to a level that I almost stop and did not walk. However, I did walk and the pain level decreased the long I walk. However, at the end of my walk, my hip pain had increased. During the day both, ankle and hip pain showed up when I walked for a few minutes.
I am continuing with yet another great day! Health-wise, there has been a slight change regarding my left leg. The ankle’s pain location has moved up a bit and the hip pain got stronger. Walking does no longer help in reducing the pain level, the good news, it does not increase either. For now, all I can do is watch the next few days which way it will go.
