Today was a good day, with no real health issues, except for the soreness in my joints, such as my knees and hips over the last few days. However today I also have had some lower back pain that would not go away. There is nothing else to add, other than making the point that after three days of great days things have dropped a bit. Next Wednesday is treatment day things should pick up from there.
The plan for today’s morning walk was to go through another part of our neighborhood to take more Fall Color Change photos. However, starting our walk I noticed that there were some turkeys on the roof of the first house of our route. So instead of looking for trees whose colors changed, I decided to take PICTURES of the California Wild Turkeys, some on the roof and others that are trying to get there.
Because of having taken the pictures before actually starting our walk, we were able to walk without having to stop to take pictures, resulting in having walked two and a half miles in an hour. Normally we walk a bit less than two miles in an hour with stops to take pictures.
Getting back home I rested because of my lower back starting to hurt more than normal. By lunchtime, my ex-Premenos colleagues arrived for our customary Friday lunch. Besides enjoying lunch together we have interesting conversations, sometimes about our time together, what we are doing now, or what our plans for the future are.
After lunch, I started to process today’s photos. It took more time than normal because of my lower pain not going away. I stopped for a while resting because of it. As it turns out I finally got it done, after dinner. There is not more to write about. It was a different day, ending with watching some TV before calling it a day.
