2018-10-20 Recovery Day 593

Another great day! Health-wise, things seem to have become a constant about a week after my monthly Chemo Treatment Day, in that I no longer have dizziness or stomach issues in the morning or during the day. It’s a bit different when it comes to bone pain in my ankles and hips, there are days without it, or with it and the level could be anything. Today, I did have some bone pain at a medium, but acceptable, level. That’s it when it comes to my health update.

Activity-wise, it was a so-so day. It started off with breakfast at Denny’s, the last one was way before my diagnosis. Afterward, after a short break, Dianne and I went downtown to Marina Plaza to see the tall ships Lady Washington and Hawaiian Chieftain docked here. I boarded the two ships to take many PICTURES of them. After a bit of an hour, we returned home.

Next on our list came grocery shopping, normally I do some of this during the week, but this week, especially this Friday I was busy with other things, which meant that things got pushed to this weekend. We had a quick small lunch at Wendy’s before shopping that Trader Joe’s and Walmart. By the time we got back home, it was mid-afternoon.

Before relaxing for the rest of the day, it was time for a bit more housework. Afterward, we all relaxed, Denise was down with a small cold. We watched some TV before having our Sandwich dinner. That is it for today. In short – It was a GREAT day. The day ended with us doing a bit more TV watching to relax before calling it a day.
