2018-11-08 Recovery Day 612

Today was another so-so day! Starting with the health related items, the day started off without any dizziness, stomach issues or hip and ankle pains. My shoulder’s comfort/pain level was at a very low level. However, after my photo session I noticed some stomach issues and dizziness, which may be due to the PET/CT’s contrast fluid I got injected. Resting for the rest of the afternoon and taking the Zofran medication seemed to bring it back down.

Activity-wise, I started with no breakfast since I was scheduled for a PET/CT in the morning. After the PET/CT I went with Dean for a walk and a quick visit to Lowe’s. Getting back home, I had a light lunch before taking some PICTURES of my neighbor yard, down a few houses on a corner lot, part of the current “Fall Back or Front Yards” theme. Getting back, I quickly uploaded the photos to my laptop and after changing the filename to included the date and time, to Flickr.

Next I did some minimizing in my office, by getting rid of about 500+ 3 1/2 inch floppies. Not sure why I kept them since most of them are obsolete, MSDOD and Windows 3.1. Shortly after that I had my Thursday FaceTime call with Kenji in Japan. After the call I continued my rest since my stomach pains not totally gone.

Soon Dianne came home to do some garden work, like cleaning up fallen leaves. By the time she was done it was almost dinner time. The day ended as most days, watching TV after dinner to relax before calling it a day. In short – It was a so-so day.
