2018-11-15 Recovery Day 619
Today was a good day! I woke up with no dizziness and stomach issues, which held true for the rest of the day. However, however my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away. By day-end the pains were still there with the pain levels up, waiting for me to rest.
Activity-wise, there is not much to report. I got up at my normal time and had breakfast before having my FaceTime session with Ray. After the call I got ready for my walk with Dean. We drove to the Dow Wetlands Wildlife Habitat Preserve entry of the Pittsburg-Antioch Highway entrance. We went into the Wetlands to take some PICTURES of birds, plants or what ever else was worthwhile to be captured.
After our Wetland session we dropped by Lowe’s before driving home. Dean needed to get some spray for fighting some bugs on trees in his backyard. I used the time to checkout how many LED-lights are optimal for a particular tree hight.
After returning home I had some lunch before starting to sort out my storage space underneath our stairway. I use it to store camera equipment and accessories I use mostly during my picture taking over the last year. That way I don’t have to run upend down the stairs to my office.
My next activity was to do some banking that turned out not to be as easy as I hope it was to pay off a loan. In the end I spend almost 2 hours on it, including to talking to three different people before getting it all done.
By the time I was done it was supper time. The day ended as most days, watching TV after dinner to relax before calling it a day. In short – It was a good day.
