2018-11-18 Recovery Day 622

Today was a bad day! Health-wise, I woke up with a lot of pain in new location. Instead of getting up early I stayed in bed until about 9:00. Getting up I did also have a little bit of dizziness and stomach issues. I took my medication, however about 10 minutes later I had to throw up. Not sure what triggered it. I rested for a bit before I eat some toast and drank. My stomach settled down allowing me to take my morning medication. I rested until lunch time, by which time my pain levels were much lower. After my radiation session in the afternoon, I rested to allow my pain and stomach issues to stay in check.

Activity-wise, there is not much to report. I stay inside until lunch time, after which Dianne took me to the local Cancer Center for my radiation session. It was a long session, almost a hour-long. After the session I took some PICTURES off young trees in the parking lot that had lots of red leaves. I had hoped for some better sunlight but because of the smog from the nearby wildfire that was not possible.

Getting back home, I rested again, allowing my many pain location to relax and get lower in pain. I started to upload the pictures and write this report while watching the end of the Raider’s football game, that ended 23:21 against the [Arizona] Cardinals.

The day ended as most days, watching TV after dinner to relax before calling it a day. In short – It was a bad day.
