2018-12-17 Recovery Day 651

Today was a Good day with no health-related issue, my stomach cooperating and for the most part of the day my shoulder pain/discomfort did not show up. I still have to rest between activities, if I fail my shoulder pain/discomfort will show up.

As to my activities today, I got up around 8:30, had breakfast and got ready for my morning walk with Dean. Being my first walk after a layoff of 3 weeks, we kept our walk down to about 40 minutes without any steep hills or any other obstacle. Returning home around 11:00 I rested until lunch.

After I did a bit of Prep-work for tomorrow’s Pot Luck at the Cancer Support Group. After a short rest, I went to my office upstairs working on a few items on my to-do list. One of the items I was able to close was using the 1ByOne record players to convert my vinyl LPs to digital tracks.

Returning back downstairs I rested again for a small break. Before I took some PICTURES of our Christmas Tree as decorated by our daughter Denise. By the time I was done and ready to process and upload the photos, Dianne came home. It was time for me to finish my mini cheesecakes with some help from Dianne. By the time they were done, it was Dinner time.

After dinner, I continued to watch some TV and working on my blog until it was time for me to retire.
