Today was another so-so day, with some new health-related issue I mentioned yesterday. It seems that with the suspension of my Pomalyst chemotherapy, taken a pill daily for 21 days, in lieu of undergoing Radiation therapy, may have caused some new masses to develop that are the root of the new pain location. We will know more next week when I have my monthly all-day Darzalex chemo treatment.
As to my activities today, again there was not too much. After getting up and having breakfast, it was time for us, Dianne, Denise and myself, to open our Christmas presents. Shortly afterward, Hannelore and Peter called me from Germany via FaceTime to wish us all a Merry Christmas.
After the FaceTime call, Dianne and I went for a walk. We had hoped to see a certain Christmas decoration on the corner of Country Hills Drive and Deer Way being up, but it was not. As to taken PICTURES, we took a few along the walk, there were not many, but few I took are different from those taken the last few days. The last six are of the house we hope had the decoration were up.
Getting back home it was lunch time. After lunch, we decided to spend the rest of the day doing nothing other than watching movies. Guess what, we just did exactly that. There was an exception, me spending time parallel to watching the movies, to process and upload today’s photos to Flickr and writing this posting for uploading to my website, Klaus’ Korner.
We took a break from watching movies for dinner. Our dinner was Spaghetti with Meatball and Cheese Cake for dessert. After dinner, we continued with watching movies until it was time to call it a day.
In summary, today was another so-so day. Since the afternoon showed some improvement regarding my shoulder pain, hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.
