2019-01-12 Living with Cancer – Day 677

Today was a so-so day, being the weekend I got up at 8:00 having had some earlier discomfort with some Stomach and Dizziness issues. However, thanks to the medication I had taken as a precaution around 4:00 AM I was able to enjoy a bagel with cream cheese and salmon. For most of the day I was not having any Stomach and Dizziness issues, however as the day progressed my head felt like it was too small thanks to the pressure that was building. Not being very active I also started to encounter lower back pain. Because of these ailments I rested for the whole afternoon and evening.

After breakfast we decided to go to IKEA. I used the opportunity to take some PICTURES of Mount Diablo from a very different location. To be precise the pictures location was from the Highway # 4 EXIT at Willow Pass Rd and Evora Rd. One can see the two tops of Mount Diablo which is normal for the Concord side. However the only issue associated was that I had to shoot against the sun. The pictures taken were not post processed, you get what I saw, unprocessed.

There was not much new at IKEA, actually it looked like they are getting ready to replace most stuff with new offering very soon. We did not stay very long and started our way home.

Getting back home I rested for the rest of the day to help reducing my head, shoulder and lower back pressure/pain. At the same time I processed and uploaded to Flickr today’s photos and finished posting them. I also continue to process my Photography Blog postings, there are only a few days before I am aligned with the postings of the Living with Cancer Blog.

In summary, today was a so-so day, thanks to some minor health issues for most of the day, but they were only minor.
