2019-01-21 Living with Cancer – Day 686

Today was a very bad day, it was so bad by the end of the day that I was not able to finish my work on the Living with Cancer and Photography blog entries until today.

The day started off OK, but it did not take long for the status to change quickly to bad. My shoulder was the first to start with tightening up which also started to hurt. In the past, I would take some Tylenol for the pain, which did nothing today. Next was my stomach, besides the pain, my mouth was filled with some bad metallic taste. I have had this before and was told that it is a side effect mostly from the chemo treatment. Guess I will have to live with it for now.

As to my photo subject for today, Dianne suggested after lunch to go back to Marsh Creek Reservoir. Going outside may help with the stomach. Last time we went Mount Diablo was not visible because of haze. The haze was not an issue today. I was able to take some PICTURES showing Mount Diablo from a different angle with its two peaks.

After I had taken my photos, I rested since my Shoulder’s tightness and pain level had increased during my photo taking. The rest of the day is routine by now, work on finishing my blog entry for the day, have dinner and, watch some TV or movies until it is time to retire.

In summary, because of some minor health issues, such as shoulder and lower back pain, today turned out to be a very ***bad *** day with some good work results.
