2019-02-24 Living with Cancer – Day 720

Today was another good day, still dealing with stomach cramps, sweat, and dizziness. A good day is defined as being able to move around a bit, able to walk for at least 30 minutes with walking cane. My pain levels being at a low acceptable level, not stopping me to do things.

Talking about pain, my back and shoulder pain levels were very light, they increased a bit at the end of my walk, but resting, driving back home, they returned to its earlier lower level.

Today’s walk, with Dianne, was at the Contra Loma Regional Park along the West Shore Trail, it took us 40 minutes for 1.5 miles. During our walk, I took today’s PICTURES with no particular subject in mind, anything good goes.

Before going home we stopped by at Costco for some grocery shopping and lunch. Arriving home it was time for me to rest.

Since it is Sunday and Denise and Dianne spend all morning on housework they took a deserved break for the rest of the afternoon watching some TV, especially the Red Carpet and Oscar’s. I joined them by watching it as background noise but at the same time I processed today’s pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog entry. Before I knew it, it was dinner time. After dinner, we continued to watch some TV before calling it a day.

In summary, overall today was a good day.
