Today was a so-so day, getting up I was faced with dizziness, lower back pain, and sweating. After breakfast, my sweating was really bad as it reached max level. On the positive side, thanks to resting, the sweating stop and the dizziness and lower back pain were reduced enough for me to go on my morning walk.
As to my shoulder pain, it had increased at the end of my walk, but as the day progressed it reduced itself to a level that is a border between an acceptable and not acceptable. I also noticed that the pain above my hips (waist) was active at an acceptable level. In addition to my known normal pain location a new one pop up running from the top of my left shoulder blade to the top of my neck. The good news was not bad enough to take some Dilaudid.
In addition to my known normal pain location a new one pop up running from the top of my left shoulder blade to the top of my neck. For the rest of my day I rested which helped to keep the pain in check.
Activity-wise I went on my morning walk with Dean, during which I was able to take my daily PICTURES. There is not much more to write about regarding my activities for the rest of the day. For now, my main task it to get the pain under control, if that means to rest because the pain levels are too high, so be it. The only other activity is the daily processing of my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog entry with the TV running in the background to break the silence. Interesting enough it turns out that dinner time is approaching quicker than I thought it should. After dinner, we watched some TV until it is time to retire.
In summary, overall today was a so-so day.
