2019-03-14 Living with Cancer – Day 738

Today was a good day I got up at 8:00 and after getting dressed a few minutes later on my way downstairs I started sweating again. I was now told that the sweating is a side effect to the Pomalyst (chemo drug) that affect 5-8 % of the MM patients. The sweating lasted this time for a full hour, which was great since I started my walk minutes later. For the rest of the day, I only had minor pain on my shoulders. For my hip pain, I tried Tylenol Arthritis, it seemed to have lowered the pain. Since 1 sample is too little, I will try it for a few more days. Today no dizziness nor stomach issues. Again, this may have been due to me took the medication for it at 05:00 in the morning.

Activity-wise I was able to take my daily PICTURES during my morning walk along Country Hills Drive. Both sides of Country Hill Drive from Deer Valley Road to Lone Tree Way, where having trees in full bloom.

After my walk I had a visit from Bob I met at the cancer center, he too has MM. We spend a bit over 2 1/2 hours talking about everything except Religion, Sex, and Politics. After Bob left I went upstairs into my office to work on a new website. I spend a bit over 2 hours on my versos server system without any new pains.

Returning back downstairs for dinner, I started with the daily processing of my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog and watch some TV shoes at the same time.

In summary, overall today was a good day.
