Today was another good day, started with me getting up at 8:00, with light sweating and dizziness. For most of the day, my shoulder and lower hip pains stayed in check. For my hip pain, I took Tylenol Arthritis which lowered the hip pain. Overall it was a good day.
Today’s PICTURES of the Yellow Mustard Seed Plant were taken during my morning walk along the Northern Border of the Prewett Burrowing Owl Preserve. I was looking for bigger fields of Yellow Mustard Seed Plant but being in a residential area has limits on the spread of such plants, also the park is being maintained by the parks department which cuts down the grass and weeds.
Returning home I started to get my photo stuff together before having lunch. After lunch, I rested to get my energy back and allow my pain levels to go down. I also started with the daily processing of my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog and watch some TV shows at the same time.
For those reading my blog, every day may have noticed that I have lots of spare time after returning home from my walk. However, the opposite is true, because much of that time is spend dozing off, especially after 2:00 PM. I am told that this is a good thing as it is a sign my system is working on recuperating.
For the rest of the day, I rested and continued working on my new project to build a private web site. Since the weather was very nice, I spend some time keeping Dianne some company outside as she did some garden work. Afterward, she helped to carry the heavy Stand Steady Standing Desk upstairs into my office. I went back downstairs to continue my work on my blog entries, dinner time approached quickly. After dinner, we watched some more movies.
In summary, overall today was another good day.
