Today was a so-so day, starting with me getting up at 8:00. In addition to some light dizziness, I encountered some light sweat as well. The sweating increased as I got ready for my morning walk. By the time I went out to start my walk with Dean, both the dizziness and sweating subsided. Getting back home I was suddenly overcome by my shoulder and lower hip pains to the point the I almost took a Dilaudid. I decided to wait an hour to see if the pain got lower or not. It turned out that I fell asleep waking up at noon with the pain at a very low level. For the rest of the day, I had only a light shoulder and lower back pain. For my hip pain, I took Tylenol Arthritis which lowered the hip pain.
Today’s PICTURES are that of Front Yards that were kept maintained even during our rainy session. Activity wise there is not much to report. After my 60 minute walk, I slept for about 2 hours, just in time to have lunch. After lunch, I spend close to 3 hours at the Cancer Support Group meeting. By the time I got back home from the meeting, there was not much time to start work on my photos and blog entries, I left that for after dinner.
After dinner I started with the daily processing of my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog and watch some TV shows at the same time.
In summary, overall today was another so-so day.
