2019-03-21 Living with Cancer – Day 745

Today was again bad day, starting with me getting up at 8:00 with some light dizziness, light sweat, and a sore throat as well. About 15 minutes later the sweat had turned in to a river that lasted for 30 minutes delaying my walk. The good news, the swearing, and Dizziness stopped shortly after I started to walk. However, my light sore throat was no longer light and I started to cough which I had a prescription for. For the rest of the day I had to deal with my regular shoulder and lower back pain and not to mention me dozing off in random patterns for about an hour. I had a hard time concentrating and staying awake.

As to my activities, I took during my walk some PICTURES of a single object which was Delta de Regional Trail/Contra Costa Canal Bridge spanning the canal providing for the pedestrian on the Hillcrest side a shortcut to Carpinteria Drive.

After getting back home and doing some computer work, I dozed off and woke up just in time for lunch. After lunch, I went upstairs to my office to do some more work only a new website project. I had a chance to use my adjustable sit/stand desktop which worked fine. After two (2) hours I went back downstairs to started with the daily processing of my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog.

After Dianne came home I continued with my blog work including with staying awake as well as getting the content to correct. I finished work early, allowing me to work on my website project until dinner.

In summary, overall today was again bad day.
