2019-03-29 Living with Cancer – Day 753

Finally, an almost good day, starting with me getting up at 7:45 to have breakfast and get ready for my morning walk. Today after getting up I did not have to deal with sweating and dizziness. During my walk, I had no sweating, only some very lower shoulder pain. Returning home there was no need to change clothes because I did not sweat during my walk. It turned out that for the rest of the day I had to deal with shoulder and lower back pain at various levels. Add to that dizziness and every so often stomach pain/cramps.

I was able to take some PICTURES before the start of our walk from the Smith’s Landing Restaurant, previously known as Humphrey’s, located at the Antioch Marina. Our walk started with crossing the Barbara Price Marina Park via the Boardwalk parallel to the train tracks ending at I Street. From there we walk around the parking lot turning around at Waldie Plaza and returning via W 2nd Street and L Street to the starting point at the Antioch Marina. Dean really enjoyed the walk because of all the changes he saw since his last walk many years ago.

After our walk, we drove back home. I rested for a bit because I had to get ready for the Friday lunch with my Ex-Premenos colleagues. After the lunch I was able to start with the daily processing of my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog. However, my energy level was very low and therefore my speed was slower than normal in getting things done.

For the rest of the day, my activities were the same as always, watching some TV in the background when working on my blog, by the time I was done it is dinner time. After dinner, having finished my blog entries, I watched some TV before calling it a day.

In summary, overall today was almost a good day.
