Today was not a bad Day, almost a copy of yesterday. It started off the way all my days start, with dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating. The differences being the levels they appear, today they were at a higher level, especially the sweating part, it would not stop until about 5 minutes into my walk, but returned after the end of my walk for about 15 minutes. My hip muscles hurting still from the weekend trip to Sonoma Garden’s. In summary, health-wise today was a very so-so Day.
Talking about my activities, I went for my morning walk at my usual time with Dean. Our walk today was around our Deerfield and the Sterling Park Communities. It was a rather very chilly walk, 12 degrees cooler than yesterday. Today I took PICTURES of front yards that overcame the winter very well. Getting back home I help Dean check on our Sprinkler system’s setup, we did not use it over the fall and winter thanks for the rain, however mowing the lawn and edge trimming did adjusted a few the springer heads that needed adjustments.
Getting back inside I had to deal with my health system issues, starting to sweat, had also some stomach cramps and lower back pain. The best remedy is too rest to get rid of them. It turned out I fall asleep and woke up just in time for lunch.
After lunch I started with processing today’s photos and my Living with Cancer and Photography blog entries. Today I dozed off again, waking up shortly before Dianne came home at mid-afternoon. I continued to work on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog entries. This time I finished my blog before dinner time. I used the test of the time to check and adjust my Mac Book’s automatic sync setups to Dropbox and Google Drive.
After dinner I watching some TV since my Blog work was done before calling it a day.
In summary, overall today was not a bad Day.
