2020-03-08 Living with Cancer Day 1095

Overall today was an off-day since my system decided to shut down. I will know tomorrow how much good the rest did. There is not much to summarize as there was not much to report. Read the posting, it is not very large.

Morning – 07:28:49 PDT, 43°F Mostly Cloudy, Antioch, CA
I woke up in time to watch Bayern play Augsburg, winning 2:0. Since today was the switch to Daylight Saving Time (DST), things were a bit out of wack because of the time change. Until Europe changes to DST too in a few weeks the Time difference to Central Europe is 8 hours.

Since it was rather cool this morning I stayed in bed until 10:00 before getting up and getting dressed. I went right after that into my office to go through boxes of paperwork, mostly manuals and decided what needed to get recycled and what needed further review before filing it away. It took me until lunchtime to get this done.

Lunch – 11:02:25 PDT, 48°F Overcast, Antioch, CA
After calling it quits sorting through my boxes of paperwork, it was time to go downstairs and have some lunch. My system started to feel overworked, so I slowed down.

Afternoon – 13:05:51 PDT, 52°F Overcast, Antioch, CA
Since my system gave up at the end of lunch, and the rest of the family felt like we should rest for the rest of the day, we decided to watch a few movies until dinner. The resting felt good, however, I did doze off a number of times, missing some parts of the movie.

Evening – 16:55:02 PDT, 55°F Overcast, Antioch, CA
My falling asleep continued into the evening. I did wake up or was woken up, for dinner. I tried after dinner to work on my blog and pictures, but was too tired to do so, instead, I called it a day.
