Today was a good day. I got up at my normal time up to do my morning routine and to be ready for my morning walk with Dean. I was a bit lightheaded and had almost no stomach issues, instead I started to sweating. My morning vitals were: BP 116/70 P 90, Temperature 98.1F.
By the time I was done with my morning chores my head was just covered in sweat, so was the towel around my neck. I went downstairs to rest a bit and since I was ahead of my time, I called Dean to see if we could start 15 minutes earlier. I only got his answering mailbox. I made my breakfast and cleaned up my corner waiting for the bell to tell me that my breakfast was ready.

Today was another good day, the night was not to good, I woke up about 1:00 and could not go back to sleep. I got up early around 7:00 to get ready for my Chemo Infusion day. Today my Heart Rate stayed around 75 to 95. The only health-related issue I had was that I was sweating a number of times.

Today was good day, I do remember what I did, not like yesterday when I had trouble recalling what I did. My Temperature during the day was between 98.4 and 99.1, which is OK, however, my pulse rate was between 75 and 131, which could be a side effect or an infection. We will know more tomorrow, my chemo treatment day.

Today was not a good day! It all started when trying to get up around 8:00 and have breakfast. My stomach acted up and dizziness hit me. I check my vitals which were fine with my temperature being a bit high at 99.1F. I stayed in bed until 10:00, before getting up a second time Dianne brought me breakfast. After breakfast I spend a short time in my office only to get light-headed, returning back to my bed for a short period before going downstairs.

Today was another good day! It is also the weekend which for the last five I ended up in the hospital. It seems that using the oxygen when needed is working. I had a very active day without any signs of stomach or dizziness issues. As to my shoulder and hip pains, they stayed at a low level.

Today was another good day! It is day three after discharge. Getting up at my usual time my stomach acted up. Taking Zofran and laying back for about 20 minutes took care of that. There was no need for oxygen being inside for most of the day, however, after returning from Quest Laboratory I stayed on it in preparation for the stairs to go upstairs. Going outside, in most cases, did require oxygen. Pain wise there was no increase from the normal pain levels, instead, the lower levels stayed that way for the day.

Today was a somewhat good day! It was day one after discharge. I had a good night, no need for oxygen. After breakfast, I took some oxygen in preparation for being outside for two doctor appointments. Being beginners, we had to figure out how best to use oxygen machinery. It did not take too much time for us to figure it out. Returning back home there was a need for oxygen for the rest of the day. Overall, resting helped a lot to get some of my energy back.

Today was a bad day! It all started after going to bed last night, My Oxygen Saturation Rate dropped below 82%. The deal with Dianne was that if the level ever dropped below 88% that she would take me to the ER to get some Oxygen. I don’t remember much after getting into the car other than waking up around 2:00 in the morning. It took some time for me to recognize what had taken place, I had been admitted by the ER department to find out the cause.

Today was another good day, a continuation of the last few days after returning home from the hospital. Remember that good is relative here. If I compare the last few days with good days before my radiation treatment, they are miles apart. It will take months before I will have good days as they were then.

Today was another good day, a continuation of yesterday, however, I had a much better sleep. After my morning routine, I got ready for my morning walk with Dean. Overall I was more active today than yesterday, being outside keeping company with Dianne, Dean and the Premenos boys. However, I pushed myself too much, which is not too good. I felt that my energy limit was exceeded and therefore needed to rest.
