Today was a bad day! I woke up early with dizziness and stomach issues and therefore stayed in bed a bit longer than normal. However, getting finally up there was no improvement. I went downstairs to rest and to have some breakfast. I had hoped that after eating something, things would improve, however they did not.
Today was another good day! Health-wise things were almost normal today. I had an early stomach and dizziness issue around 2:00 AM, taking my medication for it, I was fine when I got up around 7:30. No other health-related issues showed up for the rest of the day, this included no ankle or hip pains. As to my shoulder pain, sometimes the pain level is very low to still be part of a good day. Today, the shoulder pain was at an acceptable level, which I lowered with some Tylenol.
Today was a good day! Health-wise things were getting back to where things are on a normal day. Starting the day with no Dizziness and/or Stomach pain/discomfort. For most of the day no ankle, hip or shoulder pains. Sometimes the pain level is very low to still be part of a good day. Today, I only had shoulder pain at an acceptable level, which I lowered with some Tylenol.
Today was a bad day. On the positive side, I woke up with no dizziness. However, on the negative side, my stomach queasiness turned in to cramps every so often. In addition both of my hips experienced bone pain all day long. There is not much more to report, I just could not shake the stomach problems. In addition, I also had some lightheadedness. In summary, not a good day.
Health-wise it was a normal, but early, start. I had to get up about 30 minutes earlier due to having a 7:00 appointment for a PET scan. AS with every morning the last week I had a bit of dizziness which I got under control of with Zofran. Due to my PET this morning I had to skip breakfast. Denise took dropped me of for my PET before she went to work herself.
Being the weekend, we slept in until 7:00, and like yesterday we had breakfast in bed. As the mornings before, the muscle spasms in my left leg still are there. Today, the spasms would stick around instead of disappearing shortly after getting up. I would argue that today it was pain not spasms. Still not sure what the difference is between the two. This will be a discussion with my primary Doctor.
