Today was a better day! Health-wise, I woke up with a light pain in new locations. Getting up I had a little bit of dizziness and stomach issues. I took my medication, which helped eliminate the two. I rested for a bit before I eat some toast and had some tea. My stomach settled down allowing me to take my morning medication. For most of the day, my pain levels were manageable. Even after radiation.
Today was another good day! I woke up with a little bit of dizziness and stomach issues, taken the medication clear it up and it held true for the rest of the day. As to my shoulder pain/discomfort, it was presented all day long. In the beginning the level was rather high, but as the day progressed the level did go down. By day-end the pains were still there with the pain levels way down.

Today was a good day! I woke up with no dizziness and stomach issues, which held true for the rest of the day. However, however my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away. By day-end the pains were still there with the pain levels up, waiting for me to rest.
Today was another so-so day! I woke early with some dizziness and stomach issues and took my medication for it before getting back to sleep. By the time I got up, both, dizziness and stomach issues, we’re almost gone. For the rest of the day, my stomach pain and dizziness were gone. However, my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away. By day end the pains were still there waiting for me to rest.
Today was a bad day! I woke up early with dizziness and stomach issues and therefore stayed in bed a bit longer than normal. However, getting finally up there was no improvement. I went downstairs to rest and to have some breakfast. I had hoped that after eating something, things would improve, however they did not.
Today was another so-so day! Starting with the health-related items, like yesterday, the day started with dizziness and stomach issues. My shoulder’s comfort/pain level was at the normally acceptable level and as to my hip or ankle pain, there was none. For most of the day, my stomach pain and dizziness did not go away, even with taking the medication as prescribed, if anything it kept it in check, not allowing to take over.
Today was another excellent day, again, no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain all day long. The back pain was also gone today, all that was there was the discomfort of the shoulder, which feels like a low-level pain for a lack of a better word. It was the second day in a row that I no pain. Today was my monthly all-day treatment day.
Today was a unexpected day, it started off as a very good day with no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain after getting up. Even the shoulder pain, a result of the spine surgery, was at a low pain level. We got up on our normal Sunday morning time and had a good breakfast, home-made waffles with warm strawberries, pineapple and bananas. We waited for the sun to warm up the outside before starting our morning walk.
Another good day that still starts with dizziness and my stomach after getting up. For details see earlier posts starting with posting 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. As to the Transderm Scop (Scopolamine) patch, it seems not to work. I will keep using it until 21 August, the end of this cycle, to see if the patch is working.
Stopped by the Bay Point Shoreline Regional Park on my way to Concord. Was lucky to see these two gliding through the sky. The first three photos are of a turkey vulture and the last one looks like a broad-winged hawk.
