2018-09-12 Recovery Day 555

Today was another excellent day, again, no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain all day long. The back pain was also gone today, all that was there was the discomfort of the shoulder, which feels like a low-level pain for a lack of a better word. It was the second day in a row that I no pain. Today was my monthly all-day treatment day.

2018-08-26 Recovery Day 538

Today was a unexpected day, it started off as a very good day with no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain after getting up. Even the shoulder pain, a result of the spine surgery, was at a low pain level. We got up on our normal Sunday morning time and had a good breakfast, home-made waffles with warm strawberries, pineapple and bananas. We waited for the sun to warm up the outside before starting our morning walk.

2018-08-16 Recovery Day 528

Another good day that still starts with dizziness and my stomach after getting up. For details see earlier posts starting with posting 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. As to the Transderm Scop (Scopolamine) patch, it seems not to work. I will keep using it until 21 August, the end of this cycle, to see if the patch is working.

Turkey Vulture & Hark in Flight – Project 365

Stopped by the Bay Point Shoreline Regional Park on my way to Concord. Was lucky to see these two gliding through the sky. The first three photos are of a turkey vulture and the last one looks like a broad-winged hawk.
