Today was a better day, with some new health-related issue. For the last few days, my lower back would, after standing or walking for a bit, be in some pain. After resting it would go away. However, today it would not go away, staying pain all day. Further, all of a sudden my left shoulder joint is starting to be in pain. Being Christmas Eve, I rested for most of the day. Hopefully, the resting will help to keep the pain down for the next few days.
Today was starting to be a better day. I still have my cold, which is starting to get better. I got up early today at 8:30, a sign I felt better. However, after breakfast, I started to have a bit of a cold sweat. Make a long story short, I ended up with my temperature going circling from 100.2F to 96.8F. Drinking lots of water and taking the medication when needed. I took some DayQuil hours before my Radiation session to ensure that my coughing was controlled during my session.
Today was again not a good day. My cold is still there but did not get worse. I stayed in bed until about 10:00. In the morning my temperature was 100.4F, it took some time for it to drop, but it finally did, staying for most of the day around 99.1F. I took some DayQuil hours before my Radiation session to ensure that my coughing was controlled during my session. At day end my cough got worse again.
Today was another good day! Health-wise, it was again a good day, I woke up with light pains in my shoulder blades, and none in my right rip location. I also had a little bit of dizziness but no stomach issues, I took my medication, which helped eliminate the dizziness very quickly. For most of the day, the only health-related pain/discomfort I had was in my right shoulder plate.
Today was a bad day! Health-wise, I woke up with a lot of pain in new location. Instead of getting up early I stayed in bed until about 9:00. Getting up I did also have a little bit of dizziness and stomach issues. I took my medication, however about 10 minutes later I had to throw up. Not sure what triggered it. I rested for a bit before I eat some toast and drank. My stomach settled down allowing me to take my morning medication. I rested until lunch time, by which time my pain levels were much lower. After my radiation session in the afternoon, I rested to allow my pain and stomach issues to stay in check.
Today was a so-so day! I woke up again early with some dizziness and stomach issues. Getting up there was a little bit of improvement, enough to go for my walk. For the rest of the day, my stomach pain and dizziness did finally go away. However my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away, instead, it went up and down depending on my activities.
Today was a better day! I woke up early with some dizziness and stomach I, therefore, stayed in bed a bit longer than normal. Getting finally up there was a little bit of improvement, enough to go for my walk. For the rest of the day, my stomach pain and dizziness did finally go away. However my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away, instead, it went up and down depending on my activities.
Today was another so-so day! Starting with the health related items, the day started off without any dizziness, stomach issues or hip and ankle pains. My shoulder’s comfort/pain level was at a very low level. However, after my photo session I noticed some stomach issues and dizziness, which may be due to the PET/CT’s contrast fluid I got injected. Resting for the rest of the afternoon and taking the Zofran medication seemed to bring it back down.
Today was another good day! Health-wise the day started off without any dizziness, stomach issues or hip and ankle pains. My shoulder’s comfort/pain was at a very low level, however, as the day progressed the pain started to increase, to a level that I was able to keep in check with some Tylenol. Today, for the first time since about 4 months, if not more, I have that metallic taste in my mouth again.
Today was another good day! Health-wise things were again almost normal. I had some early stomach cramps due to the side effects of the Dilaudid I had taken a few days ago. The good news, having the cramps now followed by the related bowel movements, ended the Dilaudid cycle, things were now back to normal. As to my shoulder pain, it was at an acceptable level, which I lowered with some Tylenol. No other health related issues showed up for the rest of the day, this included no ankle or hip pains.
