Today was a good Day. For starters, I slept in until 9:00. As to my dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating they were hardly noticeable, especially the sweating part which seemed to be gone. To sum it up, for the whole day, none of the three problem areas showed up. However, after lunch, my system started to run low on energy, which had a side effect of dozing off every so often.
These photos were taken walking through the Civic Park in Walnut Creek on Saturday morning.
These photos were taken during my morning walk along the Catanzaro Trail. Yesterday we walk only half way of the trail, today we did the other half. Enjoying the many Willow trees that look like tunnel entries.
Today was a so-so Day, a slight improvement over the bad days a few days ago. Being the weekend I got up a bit late, 9:00, only to be hit by dizziness and stomach issues that would not settle down. I had a very light breakfast hoping that it would help, but it did not. Around 10:30 Dianne and I went for a short walk to see if that helped, it did until an hour or so after lunch. For the rest of the day, I was fighting the dizziness, stomach issues, and shoulder/hip pain. The only good news, I continue not to have to deal with sweating.
The single object of today’s set is a bit larger, as it is the Williamson Ranch Park. The park has much to offer to those that love the outdoors, right here in the middle of the city.
Today’s single object is playground equipment, found in Knoll Park, photographed from various different angles.
Today was another good day that again started with no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain after getting up. However, my shoulder pain, was at a higher pain level than normally. Also, I still feel the pain on my right side in the area where I fell. Just before lunchtime my shoulder pain and that from the fall on my right side had increased to a level that I was thinking of not attending today’s support group meeting. However, after lunch, both pains had dropped back to a low level that allowed me to attend the meeting.
