Today was a good day, a continuation of yesterday. After a slow start, I got downstairs to start the day. BTW, the night was normal, yes – just normal not extremely better than at the hospital as I had expected. However, being home and following the treatment instruction has lifted my spirits and energy. I did two outside walks, measuring my Oxygen Saturation (Sp02). They are on the positive borderline, which is not bad for a patient that was just released the day before.
Today was a bad Day. Getting up this morning all bad symptoms were present, dizziness, stomach cramps, and sweating. In addition to the standard symptoms I had a new one; a sore throat. The good news, all symptoms, except the sore throat, had stopped after my morning walk. The good news did not last long, after returning from my trip to the post office I started to cough. For the rest of the day, I had to deal with a sore throat and a cough.
These photos are of new leaves found on the trees in our neighborhood, in a few days they will have reached their full and final size.
This set of photos is about clouds that formed before a possible rain storm early in the morning.
Today was another good Day. Being Sunday, I slept in until 9:00. As to my dizziness, and stomach cramps they were hardly noticeable, however, the sweating part was at its highest output. The good news, the sweating did stop after half an hour. For the rest of the day, none of the three problem areas showed up. As to my energy level, it varied depending on my activity. Walking around to take some pictures took quite some energy requiring me to rest to charge my system back up.
Today was a good Day. For starters, I slept in until 9:00. As to my dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating they were hardly noticeable, especially the sweating part which seemed to be gone. To sum it up, for the whole day, none of the three problem areas showed up. However, after lunch, my system started to run low on energy, which had a side effect of dozing off every so often.
These photos were taken walking through the Civic Park in Walnut Creek on Saturday morning.
Today was almost a good Day. It started off the way all my days start, with dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating. The differences being the levels they appear, today they were at a very high level, especially the sweating part. I waited a bit before getting ready for my morning walk. Returning home my hip muscles started to hurting again. It may still be from the weekend trip to Sonoma Garden. In summary, health-wise today was a very so-so Day.
These photos were taken during our walk along the Canada Valley Trail.
Today was not a bad Day, almost a copy of yesterday. It started off the way all my days start, with dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating. The differences being the levels they appear, today they were at a higher level, especially the sweating part, it would not stop until about 5 minutes into my walk, but returned after the end of my walk for about 15 minutes. My hip muscles hurting still from the weekend trip to Sonoma Garden’s. In summary, health-wise today was a very so-so Day.
