2019-01-13 – Landscape Photography, Marsh Creek Reservoir

Another day trying to take pictures of Mount Diablo from another location that was not used before. I decided to go to the Marsh Creek Reservoir. Vicky, our ex-neighbor, suggested this location for a number of reasons, however, again no Mount Diablo was visible. I, therefore, went to plan B, taking PICTURES of things around the Marsh Creek Reservoir.

2019-01-15 Living with Cancer – Day 680

Today was another so-so day, it started around 4:00 AM with some Stomach and Dizziness discomfort. I took my medication for it and went back to sleep. By the time I got up, around 8:00 AM, things were a bit better for me to have a light breakfast. Things did not improve, I had my soup for lunch, hoping that this may help. It did but not until about 2:00 PM at which time the discomfort and pain went down. It lasted to about 5:00 PM after which the shoulder and lower back pain surfaced again. Since I just got home from the support group meeting, I rested which helped to get things back under control.

2019-01-12 – Landscape Photography, Mount Diablo, Set 7

Continuing with the goal to take pictures of Mount Diablo from new locations, today’s set is taken from the Willow Pass Rd and Evora Rd of the Highway 4 Exit. 2019-01-14 Living with Cancer – Day 679

Today was another so-so day, starting with me sleeping in until 9:00. For most of the day, I had to deal with some earlier discomfort such as Stomach and Dizziness issues. However, thanks to the medication I had taken as a precaution around 6:00 AM the discomfort was kept at a minimum, allowing me to have a light breakfast and later a good lunch. Not being very active I also started to encounter lower back pain in the late afternoon. I tried walking it off with a short walk together with Dean, but no change, I, therefore, rested for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

2019-01-11 – Landscape Photography, Nothing but Clouds

I continued with trying to take pictures of Mount Diablo from new locations was again not an option. Today’s reason was the on and off rain showers that eliminated any chance of walking, leave alone taking any PICTURES. I, therefore, went to the alternative, taking PICTURES of the sky since it had some interesting cloud formation, I called the set Nothing but Clouds.

Continuing with taking pictures of Mount Diablo from new locations was not an option today, thanks to the Fog. Instead, I took PICTURES of objects in the fog during my morning walk with Dean. In other words, for two days in a row we are open to taking pictures of anything we want to shoot; NOT Helping us with sharping our skill set.

2019-01-12 Living with Cancer – Day 677

Today was a so-so day, being the weekend I got up at 8:00 having had some earlier discomfort with some Stomach and Dizziness issues. However, thanks to the medication I had taken as a precaution around 4:00 AM I was able to enjoy a bagel with cream cheese and salmon.
