Because of rain and my health condition I was restricted to stay home. There were not many subjects to take pictures of. After thinking or awhile I decided that the set for today’s PICTURES was to look for subjects in my backyard that somehow show something link to rain, for example, raindrops hitting the water surface of the birdbath.
Today was another so-so day, it started around 4:00 AM with some Stomach and Dizziness discomfort. I took my medication for it and went back to sleep. By the time I got up, around 8:00 AM, things were a bit better for me to have a light breakfast. Things did not improve, I had my soup for lunch, hoping that this may help. It did but not until about 2:00 PM at which time the discomfort and pain went down. It lasted to about 5:00 PM after which the shoulder and lower back pain surfaced again. Since I just got home from the support group meeting, I rested which helped to get things back under control.
I continued with trying to take pictures of Mount Diablo from new locations was again not an option. Today’s reason was the on and off rain showers that eliminated any chance of walking, leave alone taking any PICTURES. I, therefore, went to the alternative, taking PICTURES of the sky since it had some interesting cloud formation, I called the set Nothing but Clouds.
Today was a good day since Dianne had taken the day off, I got up early at 7:00 not having any Stomach and Dizziness issues thanks to the medication I had taken as a precaution around 4:00 AM. The good news for most of the day was not having any Stomach and Dizziness issues. Because of my resting during the day, my shoulder and back pain are either almost gone or are present because I do things that aggravate them.
Today was another GOOD day, it seems that I have settled to sleep until 8:00 before going downstairs. However, today I had to deal from the start with stomach issues and lightheadedness, delaying my breakfast. I took my medication but they did to kick in for about two (2) hours. The good news, my health symptoms disappeared as the day progressed.
Today was another good day! Health-wise, it was again a good day, I woke up with light pains in my shoulder blades, and none in my right rip location. I also had a little bit of dizziness but no stomach issues, I took my medication, which helped eliminate the dizziness very quickly. For most of the day, the only health-related pain/discomfort I had was in my right shoulder plate.
Today was a good day! Health-wise, it was a good day, I woke up with light pains in my shoulder blades, very little in my right rip location. I also had a little bit of dizziness and stomach issues, I took my medication, which helped eliminate the two very quickly. For most of the day, the only health-related pain/discomfort I had was in my right shoulder plate. The radiation seems to start kicking in and relieving the pain in a number of location.
Today was another so-so day! Health-wise, I woke up with light pains in my shoulder blades and right rip location. I also had a little bit of dizziness and stomach issues, I took my medication, which helped eliminate the two. I rested for a bit before I ate some toast and had some tea. My stomach settled down allowing me to take my morning medication. For most of the day, my stomach felt a bit fluffy and the pain levels were manageable.
Today was like yesterday another great day, with no health issues all day long. Like yesterday, it could have been an excellent day had it not been again for some soreness in my joints, such as my knees, hips, etc. There is nothing else to add, other than making the point that this is the second day in a row that could have been excellent.
Today was a better day. No dizziness getting up this morning. After checking my vitals I enjoyed a good breakfast. Before going for my morning walk, I did some cleanup work. The weather this morning was rather cold, even when in the sunny part of the street. It did not help that it was also very windy. Getting back home from my walk, I noticed that my back pain has resurfaced, requiring some rest.
