It did not last long, we are back to the bad days. It started right after getting up around 8:15, I got very dizzy and my stomach was rumbling and would not settle down. I was able to have breakfast and take my medication, but needed to rest as I was fighting all day long the feeling of having to throw up in addition to dealing with my dizziness and stomach issues. The only good news, I did not have to deal with sweating.
Today was another good day, that started with me sleeping in. Getting up I did have some light shoulder and hip pains, which slowly disappear during breakfast. For most of the day, my shoulder and lower hip pains stayed in check. For my hip pain, I took Tylenol Arthritis which lowered the hip pain. Overall it was a good day.
Today, being Saint Patrick’s Day, it is only appropriate to take pictures that contain lots of green. To do so Dianne and I went to the Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve to take pictures of the green foothills. It will not take much time and the green will change to the California Gold.
Good news, another great day! However, I overdid it a bit, more about that later. Health-wise, things were good today, no dizziness or stomach issues all day. Again, like yesterday, a little bit of bone pain in my ankles and hips, but not as bad as a few days ago.
Today was a good day, that did not start off too well. Getting up I encountered stomach queasiness that lasted for a few hours. However, I had no dizziness or back pain. I did have all day some on and off bone pain in my right side, hip and knee. However, overall it was a good day even with limited issues in the morning. This is the third day after my full-day treatment and in the past, Saturday and Sunday were really bad days. Today was nothing like it was in the past.
Today was a so-so day. It started off good with no dizziness, stomach queasiness or bone pain. Shortly around 10:00, after my outing at Big Break’s short Delta News session, I again had spasms in my left arm. They lasted until about noon. The rest of the day things were back to normal.
Today got off to a rough start but turned out to be a GREAT one. I had to get up a bit earlier to make it for my 8:00 morning pickup. Because I started off rushing things, such as my breakfast, my system started to get overloaded. Slowing down got me back on track, ready to have a good day. My shoulder pain level was high but taken two Tylenol did the trick for the day. Health-wise I was fine all day, keeping my pain levels in check resting when needed and watching my movements during the outdoor activities.
Let’s start by explaining why this posting was not available yesterday – IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY HEALTH ISSUE!!! It was the lack of time as you will see in a moment.
Today (22nd August) was a good day, again with some unexciting start of the day. Getting up I had to rush to the bathroom because of some dry-heaving which lasted about 5 minutes. I went back to bed for an hour and getting a second time up, no dizziness and stomach queasiness for the rest of the day, which was important since I had signed up for some late evening session with the East Bay Regional Park District part of my Docent training.
Today was a better day. The dizziness and stomach queasiness were back at the start of my day, however, the level was very low. For details read 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. On the positive side, by the time breakfast came around, both dizziness and queasiness were gone. For the rest of the day, the only health issue was the bone pain in both of my hips. In summary, a better day.
Today was almost a good day. I still have the dizziness and stomach queasiness after getting up. For details start reading posting 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. I am also still waiting for the Transderm Scop (Scopolamine) patch to kick in. Being the 3rd day after my treatment day, I experienced bone pains as a side effect from the Zometa. The pain level was reduced because of taking Claritin-D before and after treatment. Today I also had for the first time lightheadedness after lunch. On the positive side, I did not have diarrhea like the last time.
