Today was a busy great day. The day started with no change to the daily morning routine. The only difference being it rained heavily, therefore instead of getting ready for my one hour morning walk, I got ready to run some errands with Dean and go shopping at Sam’s Club and Costco. Both are big warehouses in which we easy spend the same distance as we normally do on our walks. In between we spend some time at small stores such as Harbor Freight Tools. We got back home around 4:00 PM (16:00).
As reported the evening of day 20 was another Big Bang event first starting with nausea with the uncontrollable urge to vomit, which needed to prevented, and finally the out of control pain. The good news, somehow I fail asleep and by midnight the pain was gone. The rest of the night (noon to early morning 5:30) was mostly pain free, and I even got some sleep.
The night was a repeat of last night, mostly pain free, but not much sleep, mostly catnaps. Not sure if this is because of the chemo drugs working around the clock. Time will tell.
Today was the first day since 3rd March that Dianne, Denise and I were home together, which had a positive impact on all of us.
