Today was yet another good day! Since I had no appointments, I got up around 8:00 thinking it was Thursday, Garbage collection day, after I was done and downstairs looking at my schedule I noticed my mistake. As to my Dizziness and Stomach cramps it was at a very, very level. I had a small breakfast so that I could take my medication on not an empty stomach. The rest of the morning was walking and shopping with Dean.
Today was yet another so-so day, the plan, like yesterday, was to get up earlier to have breakfast with Dieter, or at least up to say goodbye as they are leaving for Valencia (Southern California), a 6-hour drive. I did get up early and was downstairs around 8:30, enough time to talk a bit before seeing them off around 9:00. We got word that they arrived safely at home around 2:00 PM, Dieter is a speed daemon 🙂
Today was another so-so day, the plan was to get up a bit earlier for Saturday since Dieter, Renee and Carsten had arrived late last night for a short visit. However, I was hit by dizziness and some stomach issues, I, therefore, slept in. Getting downstairs around 9:30 I had a light breakfast before taking my medication. Dianne hooked me up for my hydration so that it was done by lunchtime. I rested during the hydration which helped with my dizziness going down.
Today was another GOOD day, it started with getting up early to have breakfast at Mel’s Diner before going shopping at the Farmers Market in Brentwood. Before going home, we stopped at Walmart to do some more shopping. After getting home and having put away the groceries, etc., Dianne and Denise went back out. I stayed home because my shoulder had cramped up from all that walking around the Farmers Market. I was able to watch the Soccer game of Bayern vs Dortmund, which Bayern won 4:0.
Today was another so-so day, it started after going to bed when strong winds took over, speeds up to 35 mph (ca. 56 km/h) and gusts up to 50 mph (ca. 80 km/h) were the norm until about noon, when it dropped by around 10 mph (ca. 16 km/h). The forecast for tonight is that the winds will drop to more manageable speeds.
As to my activities, they were limited because of somewhat elevated temperature close to 100F. I just did not get going all day long. It was not a good day, but at the same not a bad one either.
Today was another Good day. Because I had to delay my walk until after the visit from the HomeCare Nurse at 9:00, I did not get up 8:00. I took my time with my morning chores not to start sweating, it worked, dizziness and stomach issues were at a very low level, my temperature was 97.9F. The nurse arrived at 9:10 and put a new needle into my power port for the weekly hydration. She checked all my vitals before leaving around 9:45. I went walking with Dean at 10:00.
Today was Not a Good day. It started off with me waking up at 7:45, no real dizziness nor stomach pains. However, after finishing my mornings chores, things starting to turned around towards the negative side. In addition to the sweating the dizziness and stomach issues were back.
Today was almost another Good Day. After getting downstairs from my morning chores, my sweat issue was back, this time it was a lot of sweat. My stomach was good at the start being downstairs, so I had full but light breakfast. I took my temperate which was 99.7F, up from 98.1F taken 2 hours before. The sweat, light fever and serve body temperature were enough to not walk this morning.
Today was a Good Day. My day starts always the same, get up around 7:30, do my morning chores before going downstairs. Once downstairs, I check my vitals, have breakfast, and get ready for my morning walk.
Depending on my health issues, such as neck/shoulder pains, severe stomach cramps or high fever, only to mention a few, I may not walk, either way I will rest until I feel better and are able to do what I may had planed for the morning and afternoon.
Today was a Busy Day. I woke up around 8:30, had breakfast and got ready for our trip to UCSF. Our appointment was for 3:00, but were informed if we got there earlier we may be able to see our doctor before 3:00. It turned out that way, which helped us bet the evening rush hour.
Getting back home, Dianne hook me up for my hydration. There was not much activity as I dozed off a number of times. I tried to overcome that problem, but no ons Being downstairs did not change my temperature and dozing off. I finally went back upstairs to call it a day and fall a sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
