Today was almost a Good Day, It started after getting up with Dizziness, sweating and stomach cramps. It lasted all day, only change was the various level. I was able to go for my morning walk, because the levels were low at the start, but went up during the walk, and lower around lunch. Resting at home was interesting because when sitting in my recliner the levels were low, starting to get up and walking around after about 5 (five) minutes the levels would shut up, and I also got new pain location, my right side from under my arm to my hip, at a high level.
Today was a BAD Day, it started right after getting up with dizziness and an upset stomach. I had a light breakfast and started my morning walk early hoping that the walk would help minimizing the effects as it used to do in the past. Half way through the planned walk the symptoms had increased too much to continue, I therefore returned home. Getting back home, I rested since the dizziness and stomach issues were still there. The resting turned into falling asleep. Dianne called me around noon to make sure I was awake to have lunch.
Today was NOT a good Day, it started with dizziness, upset stomach, sweating and a hell of a headache when I got up. I had a light breakfast and was ready to start my morning walk early to beat the rain that was forecasted. It turned out that the rain beat me. The rain didn’t last long, I therefore went out and started my walk. However, I had to cut my walk short because of my stomach cramps and headache became unbearable.
Today was a so-so Day, a slight improvement over the bad days a few days ago. It started right after getting up around, I got very dizzy, my stomach was rumbling and would not settle down. I was able to have breakfast and take my medication before my morning walk. I also had some light sweating which stopped shortly after I got back from my walk. For the rest of the day I was fighting the dizziness, stomach issues and shoulder/hip pain. The only good news, I did not to have to deal with sweating after I had returned home from my walk.
Today was a so-so Day, a slight improvement over the bad days a few days ago. Being the weekend I got up a bit late, 9:00, only to be hit by dizziness and stomach issues that would not settle down. I had a very light breakfast hoping that it would help, but it did not. Around 10:30 Dianne and I went for a short walk to see if that helped, it did until an hour or so after lunch. For the rest of the day, I was fighting the dizziness, stomach issues, and shoulder/hip pain. The only good news, I continue not to have to deal with sweating.
It did not last long, we are back to the bad days. It started right after getting up around 8:15, I got very dizzy and my stomach was rumbling and would not settle down. I was able to have breakfast and take my medication, but needed to rest as I was fighting all day long the feeling of having to throw up in addition to dealing with my dizziness and stomach issues. The only good news, I did not have to deal with sweating.
Finally, an almost good day, starting with me getting up at 7:45 to have breakfast and get ready for my morning walk. Today after getting up I did not have to deal with sweating and dizziness. During my walk, I had no sweating, only some very lower shoulder pain. Returning home there was no need to change clothes because I did not sweat during my walk. It turned out that for the rest of the day I had to deal with shoulder and lower back pain at various levels. Add to that dizziness and every so often stomach pain/cramps.
Another NOT so good day, starting with me getting up at 7:45 to have breakfast and get ready for my morning walk. Right after getting up I had to deal with heavy sweating and dizziness. During my walk, I had only light sweating and lower shoulder pain and no back pain or stomach issues. Returning home and after changing clothes and putting stuff away, I still was sweating and my shoulder pain was increasing and my lower back pain and stomach cramps started. It turned out that for the rest of the I had to deal with shoulder and lower back pain at various levels. Add to that dizziness and every so often stomach pain/cramps.
Today’s single object is the IV Pole which is beside my recliner and is a piece of vital equipment for my cancer treatment.
These photos were taken during my MM Treatment which is every 4th Wednesday at my local cancer treatment center. I sit/lay in a recliner and are, via tubing, connected to an IV Pole that has wheels allowing me to move around, like going to the washroom.
Another so-so day, starting with me getting up at 7:30 to have breakfast and get ready for my morning walk. Right from the start, I had to deal with heavy sweating and dizziness, that lasted during my walk and a bit after returning home. The sweating was replaced with shoulder and hip pains which stayed around for most of the day. The only good health news was that the sweating and dizziness has disappeared.
In summary, I had to deal all day with my shoulder and lower back pains.
