Today was almost good day. I change my morning routine to start at 6:45 instead of 7:00. The extra 15 minutes eliminate the rush to be ready for the start of the morning walk. Getting up I had some light dizziness, very little stomach ache, but lots of sweating. Today my shoulder pain was very low so instead of taking in preparation to not have my shoulder plate’s pain get out of control, I went back to take two Tylenol instead of Dilaudid. It turned out that the Tylenol did work.
Today was another so-so day, which seems to be for now a routine day. Taking my Zofran (Stomach) and Meclizine (Dizziness) around 3:00 to 4:00 AM as a preventive measure seems to be working very well. However I still have to deal with the sweating side effect, flushing the radiation toxin when being a bit active. There is no real trigger, the one I can repeat is walking up the stairs, however, my morning walk does not always trigger it. I may sweat during the walk, or at the end, but there are as many days I don’t sweat during my morning walk or at the end. I have not been able to identify a sure repeatable pattern.
Today was another so-so day, I continued with yesterday’s new text on taking my Zofran (Stomach) and Meclizine (Dizziness) at 4:00 AM as a preventive measure. It has worked today as well, day two of the new text. As with yesterday, I had to deal with sweating without having been active. And as to my Shoulder and Lower Back discomfort/Pain, it started to show up after I returned home from my morning walk and stayed active until for most of the rest of the day.
Today was another bad day. Health-wise the day was almost a repeat of yesterday, my stomach just would not cooperate. However, unlike yesterday, I went to see my Oncology doctor hoping to see if she would know what to do to help my current situation. For starters, she ordered that I get some hydration immediately. In addition, she prescribed some medication to help with my stomach problems. I spend the next few hours getting hydrated before Dianne took me back home.
Today was another so-so day. Health-wise the day started a bit late as I fell asleep around 7:30 the time I had planned to get up. Instead, I got up an hour later with a temperature of 98.4F, some dizziness and stomach fluffiness. Both symptoms stayed around for most the day. My temperature changed very little, low around 97.5F and a high of 98.6F, during the day. As to my pain/discomfort locations, nothing different, shoulder blades and lower back. The level was very low when resting, but when I started to move it caused a big discomfort.
Today was a very good day. It started with sleeping in and after getting up having a good breakfast. Normally I don’t walk on the weekend with Dean, instead one of my family members joins me. Today for personal reasons I asked Dean to join me. We had a really good walk thanks to the nice weather. Health-wise I had no issues, I was not sure because of yesterday’s immunization shoots, if there would be some side effects – All was good!
Today was a so-so day. Like yesterday, the day started of with a good breakfast followed by checking my vitals. Today I was walking alone since Dean had an early morning appointment. The weather was very good, not to hot or cold, just right with a blue sky. There were no back pain issues walking, which was great. Getting back home I prepared my lunch for the get-together with Larry, Bill and Suzan.
Today was a good day. The day started of with a good breakfast followed by checking my vitals. Since this is my first day after yesterday’s treatment, I will have to watch for new side effect. As to my morning walk, it was still raining an hour before, but by 9:00 it had finally stopped enough for Dean and I to walked as we do every weekday.
