Today was a BAD Day, it started right after getting up with dizziness and an upset stomach. I had a light breakfast and started my morning walk early hoping that the walk would help minimizing the effects as it used to do in the past. Half way through the planned walk the symptoms had increased too much to continue, I therefore returned home. Getting back home, I rested since the dizziness and stomach issues were still there. The resting turned into falling asleep. Dianne called me around noon to make sure I was awake to have lunch.
This set contains as single object the old Fire Hall on Via Dora Drive and Deerfield Drive. Originally there was also the Main Fire Station Building attached which was torn down a few months ago. The City of Antioch has now ownership of the building and land.
The object of today’s set was the Smith’s Landing Restaurant, previously known as Humphrey’s, located at the Antioch Marina.
Another NOT so good day, starting with me getting up at 7:45 to have breakfast and get ready for my morning walk. Right after getting up I had to deal with heavy sweating and dizziness. During my walk, I had only light sweating and lower shoulder pain and no back pain or stomach issues. Returning home and after changing clothes and putting stuff away, I still was sweating and my shoulder pain was increasing and my lower back pain and stomach cramps started. It turned out that for the rest of the I had to deal with shoulder and lower back pain at various levels. Add to that dizziness and every so often stomach pain/cramps.
Today’s single object is a playground’s equipment, found in Deerfield Park at the corner of Deerfield Drive & Buckskin drive, photographed from various different angles.

The object of today’s set was Delta de Regional Trail/Contra Costa Canal Bridge spanning the canal providing for the pedestrian on the Hillcrest side a shortcut to Carpinteria Drive.
Today being Saturday, Dianne, Denise and I decided to go shopping at IKEA in Emeryville. This provided another opportunity for taking photos within a Big-Box Store.
Today was another good day almost identical to yesterday. Getting downstairs after getting dressed, it took only a few minutes that I started to sweat again. However, it was a light sweat that only lasted about 30 minutes. For the rest of the day, I only had minor pain on my shoulders. For my hip pain, I took Tylenol Arthritis which seemed to have lowered the pain, I will have to keep track of it too if it really is helping. Today no dizziness nor stomach issues. Again, this may have been due to me taking the medication for it at 05:00 in the morning.
Today was a very cool day for my morning walk. Therefore we went with option two, which is either walking inside a mail or any Big-box Store like Costco, Walmart or Target. Today we walked inside Walmart.
