Today was a bad day. My day started off with stomach cramps, lightheadedness, and a light fever. In additions, I started to encounter heavy periods of sweating that lasted anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes. My vitals were, Blood Pressure 137/78 Pulse 62 and a temperature of 99.1F. Because of the high temperature, stomach cramps, sweating and lightheadedness I skip walking today, which as it turns our was not a bad decision. As I started to walk around inside the problem with the pain below my right hip, possible muscle pain, made it difficult to walk. The pain disperses when sitting down or resting in the recliner.
Today was not a good day. I got up around 6:50 to start my morning routine, and like yesterday, after getting up I was hit by dizziness, stomach aches, sweating and shortness of breath. I took some oxygen to overcome the shortness of breath. At 8:00 Dean and I went for our walk. As I mentioned before the portable oxygen concentrator only pushes O2 out into the nose when it detects me breathing in. I have always been a mouth breather. It takes me some effort to remember, also when talking, the mouth is the main input for the O2. These two handicaps make it harder to walk outside, forcing me to stop a few times to take in some O2.
Today was again bad day, starting with me getting up at 8:00 with some light dizziness, light sweat, and a sore throat as well. About 15 minutes later the sweat had turned in to a river that lasted for 30 minutes delaying my walk. The good news, the swearing, and Dizziness stopped shortly after I started to walk. However, my light sore throat was no longer light and I started to cough which I had a prescription for. For the rest of the day I had to deal with my regular shoulder and lower back pain and not to mention me dozing off in random patterns for about an hour. I had a hard time concentrating and staying awake.
