Today was almost a good Day. It started off the way all my days start, with dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating. The differences being the levels they appear, today they were at a very high level, especially the sweating part. I waited a bit before getting ready for my morning walk. Returning home my hip muscles started to hurting again. It may still be from the weekend trip to Sonoma Garden. In summary, health-wise today was a very so-so Day.

Today was a so-so Day, it started off the way was much better than yesterday regarding the dizziness, stomach cramps and sweating. Instead, my leg and hip muscles hurt a bit and also had to deal with some stiffness. The muscle symptoms stayed around for most of the day, especially depending on the activity I was active in. In summary, health-wise today was a very so-so Day.
These photos were taken during my morning walk along the Catanzaro Trail. Yesterday we walk only half way of the trail, today we did the other half. Enjoying the many Willow trees that look like tunnel entries.

Today was a better day. The dizziness and stomach queasiness were back at the start of my day, however, the level was very low. For details read 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. On the positive side, by the time breakfast came around, both dizziness and queasiness were gone. For the rest of the day, the only health issue was the bone pain in both of my hips. In summary, a better day.
Today was another good day. Sleeping was better then the night before. I slept in until 7:00, by the time I got downstairs breakfast was ready. As to my pains, I had some in my left hip during my morning walk. The other pain, showing up for the first time, is in my right lower shoulder blade which feels like a number of needles. It shows up when I move my shoulder and upper body. No other pain showed up today.
Had to drop of my car for an oil change to get ready to go South for the Labour Day Weekend. So I spend some time along the nearby Delta de Anza Trail. After walking for about 1/2 mile, my way was blocked by some work crew and their equipment on the trail, not allowing anyone to pass by. Some walkers were not happy to have to turn back since there was no warning at the start of the trail that a portion was closed. Since I had to walk back anyways to pickup my car, I decided to take a few photos before doing so of the work crew trying to clean the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) Water Canal that runs parallel to the trail.
